Dogra Sadar Sabha ( डोगरा सदर सभा ) Dogra Sadar S abha was first secular and people oriented association formed in the state of Jammu and Kashmir which was under the Dogra rulers of the j ammu . It was formed in 1904 in J ammu. Dogra word is used to denote the race or ethnic group of jammu plains and lesser hill who speak Dogri and some time P ahadi , they inhabitant in jammu H im a chal and in Pakistan Punjab north east. But in this Dogra Sadra S abha opposite to its name, it was comprised of may ethnic community and linguistic groups who lived under the dogra rulers in jammu Kashmir nati on or kingdom.
